Welcome to More Than A Store!

Hi: I’m Rogene Baxter. I discovered Inscape Publishing and DiSC® Assessment tools 25 years ago as I finished my graduate program and launched Bridgewater Group LLC, a consulting, training and coaching organization. We have used these self-assessment tools with clients ever since.  “More Than A Store”  is a new service to share these and other training resources with you. Good information is not enough until it is applied to improve communication, the way we work with others and conduct business, and yes, even the way we interact with our family and friends.
